we could only find artificial, ultra-processed fuels, gels, bars, electrolytes and pain-killers, so we made this.

our backgrounds in science meant we could approach natural solutions with rigour and discipline to ensure effectiveness.

here’s our founding story….

300km into a run from LA to Vegas, we were struggling to replace all of the nutrients, electrolytes and carbs that our bodies had lost.

there’s a limit to the amount of artificial and processed supplements that you can eat and they’re complicated for your body to process.

half way through, we made the decision to replace them with natural foods that contained everything we needed. Coconut water for magnesium, honey for carbs and salt for muscle function.

this was the starting point of years of investigation and development, to create effective products that we could use.

Having done the testing, we began to supply our family. Following requests, we made more, so we could make them available to friends.

now we’re here, available to everyone and finding daily joy in improving peoples lives.
